Please be advised that all event details related to the Caldwell Institute for Public Safety Gala (the “Gala”), including but not limited to date, time, location, speakers, special guests, programming, and pricing, are subject to change without prior notice at the discretion of the event organizers.
While we make every effort to provide accurate and up-to-date information, unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to changes in speaker availability, security protocols, venue requirements, or external factors beyond our control, may necessitate modifications to the event program. The Caldwell Institute for Public Safety is not responsible for any costs, losses, or inconveniences incurred due to such changes. We strongly encourage guests and sponsors to refer to official event communications for the latest updates. Event pricing is subject to change based on demand, availability, or unforeseen cost adjustments. Additionally, the Gala is a private event. We will handle any changes with the highest level of integrity and transparency. Should any significant changes occur, we will make every effort to notify guests and sponsors as soon as possible. This Gala is hosted jointly by our sister organizations—the Caldwell Foundation for Public Safety (a 501(c)(3)) and the Caldwell Institute for Public Safety (a 501(c)(4)). All sponsorship contributions referenced on this page are made to and receipted by the Caldwell Foundation for Public Safety, a 501(c)(3) charitable organization, and may be tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law. The 501(c)(4) organization is not receiving or soliciting tax-deductible contributions.
